Phone: 678-359-5351 BS: Eureka College (IL) MS: The University of Mississippi Ally Hattermann enters her tenth season as head women's softball coach at Gordon College. She began her collegiate career as a standout shortstop at Eureka College, in Eureka, IL. Coach Hattermann provided a solid force to the Red Devil softball program. She was named to the All-NIIC Conference and NAIA Great Lakes All Section First Team as a shortstop as well as the All-NIIC Academic All-Conference Team. She was also a finalist for the prestigous NCAA Woman of the Year Award in 1997. She was inducted to the EC Athletic Hall of Fame in 2002 as an individual. Quite impressively, she still ranks the top 10 for the following career statistics categories at Eureka College: 1st for runs scored, hits, doubles, and assists; 2nd in RBI's, 4th in batting average; 5th in stolen bases and homeruns, and 8th in triples. She was inducted into the Eureka College Hall of Fame as again in 2004 as a member of the 1996 softball team. After receiving her B.S. in Athletic Training, Coach Hattermann pursued her Master of Science degree in Exercise Science at The University of Mississippi. While at Ole Miss, she served as a graduate instructor and a volunteer assistant coach for the Lady Rebels softball team.
