Change every noun to a pronoun, realizing that you may have to eliminate adjectives to make the sentence sound natural. For example, “ I want the green apple” would become “I want it.” What you’re actually doing is changing the NOUN PHRASE (the noun plus its modifiers) into a pronoun.
