FINANCIAL AID STATUS

Below are detailed instructions on how to check your financial aid status online using Banner Web for Students

  1. Go to MY GORDON and click on 'Log in to Banner Web' at the top of the page.
  2. Enter User ID  (GCID# without dashes).
  3. Enter Personal Identification Number (PIN):  must be six digits.
  4. Click 'Login'.
  5. Click on 'Financial Aid' from the main menu page to display the menu shown below (Fig 1)

  1. Click on 'Financial Aid Status'
  2. Select the aid year for which you have applied for Financial Aid and press 'Submit' (see below).

  1. View your Overall Status of Financial Aid making sure that all the information is accurate. (Fig 3)

  1. If your financial aid for the selected aid year has not been posted check to see if all requirements have been satisfied and/or if any Financial Aid holds exist on your account.
    1. Return to the Financial Aid main menu. (see Fig 1)
    2. Click on ' Eligibility'.
    3. Click on 'Holds' to display your Financial Aid Holds (if applicable) and/or click 'Student Requirements' to see if any requirements have not yet been satisified.
    4. If any holds exist or requirements have not been satisfied contact the financial aid office.
