TRANSFER STUDENTS
If you wish to apply for federal student aid, but have not already completed the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for the academic year in which you plan to enroll at Gordon College, you can apply on-line at . Gordon's School Code is 001575.
If you have already completed the FAFSA for the academic year in which you plan to enroll at Gordon, but did not list Gordon as one of the schools that should receive your information, you should contact the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 800. 433. 3243 for further instructions on having your information released to Gordon. You will automatically be screened for HOPE if you complete a FAFSA.
Transfer students and students returning to Gordon College who have not attended in the current academic year that interested in being evaluated for the HOPE scholarship will need to complete the Gordon College “HOPE evaluation form”. This form is located in the forms section of the Gordon College Financial Aid web page. In order to complete the form, you will be required to establish an account with NelNet. Instructions on how to do so are listed below:
Setting up Dynamic Forms account:
- Click on "Create an Account" — the following screen will display:
- Fill in the requested information. Be sure to read the requirements for your username and password, as you will not be able to proceed until all these requirements are met.
- Once the account is created, you can proceed to the loan application and complete it.
- Be sure to write down your username and password because you will need it next time you need to fill out a form.
Download your Please Note: No financial aid (including the HOPE Scholarship) will be awarded until all of your previous academic work has been submitted to Gordon College. This would include all courses taken at any other school you attended before enrolling at Gordon College. You must furnish all official transcripts from any school you have enrolled in and/or attended prior to Gordon College.
