"I'm Going to College!" Draws 160 Middle School Students

Belinda Shaw, clinical/lab manager in the nursing program at Gordon College, discusses "test" results with Naderricka Haygood and Laurie Slagle. The students were visiting Gordon as part of "I'm Going to College!" Approximately 160 students from Lamar County Middle School participated in the annual event which gives them a taste of college life. At the conclusion of the day the students were individually greeted by Gordon President Lawrence Weill. Weill gave each student a small memento upon hearing their promise, "I'm Going to College!"
