Gordon Baseball Players Earn Academic Honors
Congratulations to the following members of the Gordon College baseball team for making the Dean's List. Tyler Brown and Joah Evans. Tyler Brown was also awarded as an Academic All-American.

Congratulations to several Gordon College baseball players on the awards. All-Region - 2nd Team (Louis Bailey CLOSER, Lance Pope INF, and Eric Esquilin OF) Gold Glove Team (Brandon Mainor 3B, Blake Parrott 1B, and Pat McGowan P). Congratulations to all of these players on an outstanding year.
06. 08. 2009Parrott Named To National Gold Glove Team
Gordon College First Baseman Blake Parrott was named to the Rawlings 2009 Gold Glove Team. The award is the benchmark of excellence and performance on the diamond in Major League Baseball. However, the honor also began to symbolize the best of the best at the collegiate level when Rawlings announced the first gold glove team in 2007.
05. 29. 2009Baseball Camp Begins Summer Activities
The first Gordon College athletic summer camp is just around the corner! The Baseball Camp for Champions will be held June 8 - 12 at the GC Athletic Field Complex for ages 7 and up. The five-day camp will start at 9 a.m. each morning and end at 1 p.m. All fundamentals and aspects of the game will be covered during the week by Gordon College coaches and players. The registration fee is $100.00 and includes lunch each day for the participant. To register for the camp, please contact the Community Education Office at (678) 359-5123. Congratulations to the Gordon College baseball players that have committed to play for a four-year school next season. All of these guys have worked hard toward our team goals on and off the field, and they are being rewarded for it. We are happy for them and they will be greatly missed. They have played a huge part in building the Gordon College baseball program's winning reputation on and off the field.
