The Office of Residence Life requests your assistance in reminding your resident students about the following Room Assignment and/or Room Renewal Activities:
*Fall 2008 Room Reservations/Assignments are being processed. We still have room available in the Gordon Commons (4 BR/2BA Kitchenette units). Residents should review the new Lease Agreement with parents as soon as possible then have the Lease Agreement, Residence Hall Contract and $300 payment forwarded to the Residence Life Office.
In addition, the Gordon Commons will be hosting our first ever Living Learning Communities for both Teacher Education majors (School House Rock Community) and Nursing majors (Nightingale Community). The Commons will also feature Min-Recreation rooms (with television, lounge furniture, ping pong tables, card tables, and gaming stations) where residents can hang out with friends and build community.
+Residents/roommates who return completed/notarized 08-09 Lease Agreements will be able to enter drawings for (A) meal plan discounts for individuals, (B) bookstore vouchers for individuals, and (C) rent waivers for the 4th month rent. Note: An entire unit has to be leased/filled up in order to register for the rent waiver drawing. Drawing dates to be announced. This would be a great opportunity for residents to choose their roommates (the same roommates, residents from down the hall, another residence hall or classmate).

| August 15th (Friday) | Returning Residents/Sophomores | 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. |
| August 16th (Saturday) | International/Out-of–State Residents Only | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. |
Housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis so current residents are encouraged to submit their forms/leases As Soon As Possible!
