HIGHTOWER LIBRARY
Conveniently located between Lambdin Hall and the Instructional Complex, Hightower Library is available for faculty and student use. Hightower Library presently houses approximately 95,501 books, 27,417 electronic books, 8,673 microforms and 5,557 audio-visual materials, as well as numerous maps, charts, and archival materials. Students, faculty, and staff have access to all eligible circulating materials at all USG libraries through a Universal Catalog and GIL Express. The library currently subscribes to 73 print magazines and newspapers and has available over 6,000 full text online journals in GALILEO. With its 2,750 average weekly attendance and over 17,000 circulation transactions during the 2006 school year, Hightower Library is an integral part of Gordon College life.
