Gordon College

Communication

The mission of the Language Arts in Gordon College's Division of Humanities is to celebrate the diverse expression of human emotion, thought, imagination, creativity and discovery by improving each student's foundation in writing, reading and research in foreign languages, English, literature, communication and philosophy.

An Associate of Arts Degree in Communication allows you to concentrate in a specific area of study which closely corresponds with bachelor's degrees, prepares you for paraprofessional work and enables you to develop skills at an entry level. This degree is a logical first choice for students wishing to enter any of the professional fields of communication such as journalism or public relations.
