BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BIOLOGY OR BIOLOGY WITH TEACHER CERTIFICATION
Gordon College will begin offering courses in support of a BS in Biology and a BS in Biology – Teacher Certification track in Fall 2010. The program is designed for students following many different career/educational paths after graduation.
- Medical
- Veterinary
- Dental
- Pharmacy
- Physical Therapy
- Respiratory Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Biological Sciences Graduate Programs
- High School Biology Education
- Forestry
- Physician Assistant
- And many more!
Students wishing to take upper division courses in Fall 2010 should make sure they have completed BIOL 1107K, BIOL 1108K, and CHEM 1211K by the start of Fall 2010. Many upper-level courses require these courses as prerequisites. Ideally, a student will also complete CHEM 2401K (Organic Chemistry I) before beginning the program, although this course can be completed early in the program.
