WELLNESS PROGRAM

The Gordon College Wellness Program consists of many different activities and resources designed to meet your individual needs.

It is recommended that you obtain a medical exam before beginning any exercise program.

The Wellness Program provides guidance and incentives to help the Gordon College students, faculty, and staff start and maintain a fitness program. The program sets goals for you and rewards you when you meet these goals.

Points are given for every thirty minute workout completed in the program. The workout can be any physical activity that has been approved by your doctor, and the activity can be different every day if you choose. Your activity can be walking, running, stepping, swimming, lifting weights, or combining these activities.

Once you reach a point level within a specified time period, you are rewarded with a gift from the Recreation Department.

Stop by the gym and pick up information about the Wellness Program. There is no fee for the Wellness Program. The program is available to all Gordon College students, faculty, and staff.
